Michael Breus, Ph.D.

Karen Cassiday, Ph.D.

A clinical psychologist and nationally recognized expert on the diagnosis and treatment of anxiety, Karen is president of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA) and a founding fellow of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. She has appeared on NBC’s Today show and other media to discuss anxiety, and is a sought-after for her expertise by newspapers such as the Wall Street Journal and The New York Times. Michele Gravelle

Michele is an executive coach and communications strategist with more than 25 years of experience. She is the founder of Successful Conversations Now, a corporate training firm dedicated to increasing effectiveness through better communication. She has facilitated executive education programs at the Harvard Negotiation Institute and regularly teaches at Boston University. A graduate of the Masters of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) program at University of Pennsylvania and sought-after coach and keynote speaker, Caroline has been educating the public on happiness, positive psychology, goal-setting and grit for nearly three decades.
