Live Happy’s 14-Day Gratitude Challenge

November is National Gratitude Month. Practicing daily gratitude gives us a deeper connection to ourselves and the world around us. Research has shown that exercising gratitude regularly can enhance our moods, strengthen social bonds, and improve physical health.

Take the 14-day challenge and share your favorite moments with us on social media!

Day 1:  Think of 2 challenges you’re grateful for and what positive things you learned.

Day 2:  What skill are you grateful to have? Think about it and thank it.

Day 3:  Every time you want to complain, swap it out for an affirmation.

Day 4:  If you had a positive experience at a business, write a kind review.

Day 5:  What foods are you thankful for? If you can, donate whatever it is to a food bank.

Day 6:  Light your favorite candle.

Day 7:  Think of 3 memories you’re most thankful for. If it involves someone, send them the memory via text.

Day 8:  Say ‘thank you’ to someone when they least expect it.

Day 9:  What exercise are you most thankful you’re able to do? Do it!

Day 10:  Send a note to someone via snail mail telling them why you’re thankful to have them in your life.

Day 11:  Spend time taking care of yourself.

Day 12:  What are you thankful for regarding your job? Make a list.

Day 13:  Think about the material comforts you’re thankful for. Make the list as long as possible.

Day 14:  Challenge yourself to start noticing what you’re grateful for more often.
